"I love Chicken Salad Chick and usually have great experiences, but unfortunately this was my second time ordering from this location, and I’ve had the same issues both times. The chicken salad flavor was off, possibly due to too much mayonnaise, and the consistency was thinner than what I’m used to at other locations. The grape salad on both visits had very little (almost none) cream cheese mixture and was mostly just grapes with pecans and brown sugar, which was disappointing compared to other locations. I hope this location can improve because I know the quality is normally much better."

"There were far too few toppings in the sandwiches. Typically when we order in store there is plenty of meat included. This order seemed like it was made in a rush with meat and toppings that were nearly empty but they didn't bother to refill. Really disappointed in the amount of food received for the price of it."

"Ok this is def the most authentic NY style pizza in AL. The Cheese pizza was just great en in a good way without being nasty. The crust was firm and tender. The sauce is great and not too watery. The wings Big Apple let me try 4 flavors on just 8 wings!!! Who does that around here?! Us its one flavor per dozen or so but not here.
