"Best al pastor tacos I've had in a bit. Perfect texture and flavor. Crispy pork and not much gristle. Salsa was perfectly spicy. I started light and added more so I got to use a good amount of it without suffering. The spice lingered in my ears but not on my tongue. Four tacos was just the right amount of food for me.
