"About 15 days ago, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. I loved it so much that I decided to come back today and try the more expensive Signature Angus Brisket Sandwich. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. The sandwich was terrible—mostly fat with very little meat, and the flavor was nothing like I expected. It was wrapped carelessly in the bag, the sauce I ordered was missing, and the overall service was awful. The portion of actual meat was disappointing, and the quality didn’t seem fresh at all. I ended up throwing the sandwich away. Total disappointment. I definitely won’t be ordering this item again."

"The fries were bland, not even salt on them. The chicken was bland too, couldn't taste jerk seasoning. There was a lot of mustard bbq sauce sauce on everything and that was the only flavor you could get besides air and this plastic/gas aftertaste. Not worth the money like I thought. There was barely any chicken too, mostly skin and it was pretty light of a plate for a large size. They don't use flat containers so it's kind of like when brands create weird packaging for food to give you less."

Ordered ribs and sides, but they were backed up—so they subbed me with chicken. Best decision they could’ve made. That chicken was seasoned to perfection, full of flavor in every bite, juicy, and cooked exactly right. You can tell they actually care about how their food tastes.
On top of that, they threw in a brown sugar lemonade for free—and that drink was next level. Sweet, smooth, and refreshing with a unique flavor you don’t come across often. That alone made the experience stand out.

I selected the hot bbq sauce and that was awesome as well. The sides: beans, slaw, and fries were all tasty as well and very generous portions. Will definitely be ordering again!!"
