"As much as I love Starbucks, the delivery of their drinks seems to be lacking innovation. I received my hot drinks with no sleeves and a small round sticker covering the drinking slot. The sticker did not stop the liquid from spilling. Granted it would have spilled much more without the sticker so I appalled the effort. I recommend swirling the drink to mix in the banana cream top so you get the flavor when drinking the Matcha versus having it sit on top. I think it's a 12 ounce cup, which is perfect because I would definitely drink more if it came in a larger cup.
