"Unfortunately this particular subway messes up a lot. Today I ordered rasp cc cookies and got macadamia nut cookies that I can't eat and they didn't bother to call or text to see what substitutes I could have. They also sent my sandwich with cold meat when it's supposed to be hot even when it's not toasted. They also often don't keep up on soda inventory, and don't reach out to customers to ask what substitutes they want. So I often get the wrong drink. There have been plenty of times my food has been made wrong, or come with a bunch of the end pieces of tomatoes and peppers that are hard and inedible. Sometimes the chicken pieces are chewy and also inedible. I keep giving them a chance because I otherwise like subway in general, and hope it's a time things come correctly. Hope they'll figure things out. This stuff happens far too often. Half of it could be figured out with better customer service and inventory management."

4. Double Fudge Brownie - good but just a brownie and a cakey brownie at that. Jimmy John's brownies taste better and are cheaper. Far too sugary and not the greatest chocolate flavor. If they called it a brownie, I'd be less critical but yeah... I wanted a chewy and rich chocolatey cookie.
