"The 2nd time we ordered from here, honestly we didn't even know it was in town!! The servings are huge, and the options for choice of sides is amazing. We ordered Steak 12" Steak & Cheese Bomb , Chicken Tender Dinner and Cowboy Burger . The steakbomb is HUGE packed full of prime rib and all the fixing, make sure your hungry, Chicken was like a whole chicken, and a house favorite. Cowboy burger is a half pound burger, I didn't even make it to the table the boys had that burger half down, no talking, so a big hit! I was so happy about the care they took to pack our takeout! One of the best, everything was in its own compostable take out containers so nothing was a mess!"
"I've always been a huge fan of the Chicken Caesar Wrap , however they aren't consistent with the taste or quality. The one that I ordered today barely had any cesar dressing, it's very dry and the chicken is burnt. So each bite is really hard to get down and requires a sip of my drink to literally help it go down.
With the huge increase in price, I believe it used to be $14 and it's now $17, it's just hard to justify ordering something that is a hit or miss.
I don't usually get the fries, so I can't 100% remember how they were previously, but they are bland and soggy this time around. I had to add my own camp mix seasoning to them so they would have some flavor, but I'm not a fan of this style frie, because they are notoriously soggy.
All in all, this was a huge miss and not worth the amount of money it costs."

I had been wanting to try this since the location opened in Rochester. Saw they were on doordash and decided today was the day! I ordered a BUILD-A-BRGR (DOUBLE). I know ordering a burger for delivery can be hit or miss but this was a HIT. I can tell they took care in how they packaged it in both foil and a sturdy box. Unlike other places I have ordered burgers from the bun did not get all soggy. The burger was put together well with a great balance of toppings. The vegetables were fresh. The manky sauce gave it a tasty kick. I found the overall quality and taste to be superior to comparable restaurants. I devoured it in less than 5 minutes!"

"Okay, so I didn't hop on the Crumbl Cookie Train for a long time because I thought there's no way any cookie is so good that it's worth paying that much for. Wellllp, that is until one day my little one begged for us to go. O... M... G! How they make these cookies THIS good I will never know! But they are beyond delicious!! We had the Dulce de Leche pie, the Biscoff Cookie pie (my fav of all so far - absolutely to die for!), the cereal milk with Fruity Pebbles and a few others that I can't think of, but they're definitely unbelievable and live up to the hype!
