I've ordered Concrete Mixers from this location several times (x12 so far), and they consistently arrive melted because the store prepares them far too early. I've visited in person and watched the staff make the Mixer immediately after the order is placed, then leave it sitting on the counter at room temperature while the rest of the food is still being cooked.
By the time the DoorDash driver picks it up - especially if there's any delay - the Mixer is already liquid. Other Culver's locations nearby keep Mixers in the freezer until the food is ready, and sometimes even until the driver picks up the order, and the product arrives perfectly frozen every time.
This location needs to adjust its workflow for frozen items. The quality here is not consistent with other Culver's restaurants."

"Oky, well my personal opinion is, just because its vegan does not mean good has to lack flavor. Unfortunately when it came to the bbq sandwich it lacked flavor. The Reuben was a little bit better. As far as the Tea goes could have beem better and the Hippeas Chickpea Puffs were the only thing that really slapped from this place. "First time ever eating here and was super nervous but surpassed my expectations, this is now the only place I'll ever go when im in the mood for Chinese. The panda cub meal is perfect for kids or someone like myself who usually doesn't eat large portions. The honey sesame chicken was absolutely amazing, the lo mein was the best ever, and I love how the rice was nice and fluffy and moist. My husband got the steak and peppers and loved it as well he said the steak wasnt chewy at all like it normally is at other places. The egg rolls and cream cheese ragoons were a little different than we're used to or prefer but they werent bad at all. "
