Boudin & Pepper jack cheese egg roll was really great. I was a little disappointed because I was under the impression that you get two instead of only one due to the picture and description and picture also depicts the egg roll being thicker than it was in person. It looked more like the size of the traditional egg rolls they have on the menu. "My husband ordered the WHOLE Cardiac Cajun po'boy, it was heavy because it was loaded with shrimp and sausage.
You cant really see much of the shrimp in the pivsbut it was loaded with both sheim and sausage.
