"If you like spicy chicken sandwiches then you have found the holy grail. Incredibly juicy chicken breast with the perfect amount of breading. Not over breaded like Popeyes and not under breaded like Chic-Fil-a.
The spice level is subjective, I usually opt for hot but if I want some heat I will go with extra hot. If you have a lower tolerance, go with medium and below.
French fries are solid too, shake shack style crinkle-cut but with better seasoning and a bit more crispy. Dip the fries or the sandwich in "Dave's Special Sauce" if you want to help cool things down and it tastes good too.
If it's your first time, I recommend going in person as the wait with DD will probably have the food soggy by the time it hits your doorstep and leave a bad first impression. The take-out containers are not vented so all the moisture given off from the hot food gets trapped. Don't be surprised if you get there and see a line out the door! That's normal and it moves fast. "I got the two-piece white chicken meal, with Shack potatoes, and added a side of cole slaw. Although a little pricey, I really loved it. Slaw was a bit sweet for me. but still good, and most reviewers seem to like it that way. I really appreciated that you sent it in a separate bag so that it didn't get warmed by the chicken and potatoes, which arrived nice and warm. And after all, what good is friend chicken without slaw. Potatoes also were delish. Chicken, too, very good, but a little too much breading for me. It was, however, cooked perfectly, nice and crunchy on the outside, juicy chicken. Yum. I just try to avoid fried foods but do splurge every so often. So, I didn't eat most of the coating, but did sneak some, so good. Also, potatoes, perfectly cooked and such a generous portion that I couldn't finish them all. II am a rather light eater, so even have a bit of chicken breast left over for a little snack later on or tomorrow.
Shack chicken and sides are the best. I plan to have a picnic for kids and grandkids soon. I'm going to get plenty of chicken, potatoes, and slaw, and will add some ribs. I haven't tried them yet but will get them the next time I order from you. I hope they are as good as everything else.
Anyway, so pleased with my meal, and highly recommend. Much better than your biggest competitor (you know who), and other chicken places.
A little P.S., I make my own "buffalo" type sauce, which is good on chicken and potatoes. I use ketchup, melted butter and "Frank's" hot sauce. Everyone loves it.
