I often order the same combo from Popeyes because I really enjoy the food and usually have a good experience. The spicy tenders, Cajun fries, and biscuits are always delicious and full of flavor.
However, in my most recent order, the two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I paid for were missing. It was disappointing because they were an important part of the meal. I hope the staff can double-check orders before sending them out to avoid mistakes like this. Other than that, the food quality is usually very good, and I will continue to give Popeyes another chance."

"My relative went in to pick up the order. They said it wasn't ready yet . which was ok she could wait for it. But the issue was when she saw the guy making her sandwich the guy was making it with some attitude. And see as how she was waiting for it. When he was done making it he didn't just hand it to her he put it on the highest shelf so she couldn't get it, but a kinder worker came and handed it to her. Also when she came home she looked at her sandwich. There was barely any meat, the bread wasn't what I had ordered, it was sloppy not put together well, and it was drowned in oil. Literally oil was dripping out of the wrapping. She ended up having to throw it out. Mine was fine but you could tell someone else handled it with better care. It's surprising to see this kind of service when we order regularly from this location. Now I think we should go look for a different place to get subs."
