It's a fresh clear broth soup- you can clearly taste the bok choy in it and I loveee bok choy. It's definitely different from the American chinese style wonton soups which I'm usually not a fan of bc they're too salty and artificial. This wonton soup is also a big portion, at least for me. I got full half way but I was determined to finish it while it was fresh and hot so I did hehe. 10/10 recommend. The Garlic Chicken Wings / 蒜香雞翼 were good and tender as well. The spicy tuna isn't too spicy which I prefer, the SalmonAvo has a large chunk of salmon which tastes amazing and the shrimp tempura is my favorite. Two pieces of shrimp, avocado and lettuce. Only issue I had was the rolls I chose at a slightly higher price were supposed to come with soup/salad but it was not in the bag.
