They are a nice size, more like potato cakes (size of crab cakes) than other hash browns I've had. Definitely sounded good but execution wasn't quite there for us."

"I ordered for the first time and got The Ranch Hand. This monster of a potato was enough to feed at least 3 people. Maybe because I placed my order around 8 pm, but I could tell my potato was old. It seemed like it had been sitting under a lamp for a long time and the skin of the potato tasted a little burnt. On the positive side, all of the added ingredients that make it The Ranch Hand were amazing! The chicken was seasoned and juicy, the green onions were fresh. I will try again."
