"I have been wanting to try the Chicken Paella Bowl Meal from Bulla Gastrobar for some time and finally decided to give it a go today. It was a deliciously generous portion of paella rice cooked in sofrito and topped with pan-roasted herb-crusted chicken, artichokes, and mushrooms. While the dish was not as seasoned as I would ordinarily like, given I have high blood pressure following an accident, it was perfect for me because I could taste that all the ingredients were fresh and treated with care by the chef - especially the mushrooms, which were earthy and perfectly aromatic. If they add a bit more garlic and herbs to the rice, it would have been much tastier, but as it is, the restaurant already far exceeded expectations.
