I understand this is a new place but the quality of the food was substandard. the tomato sauce tasted like it was poured right out of a can. it was very thick and pasty. the chicken was very tough and overcooked and the pasta was hammered like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours. so we threw most of it away. The pizza was huge for two slices however it's crust that was so hard. I could have probably pounded nails with it. The cheese was gummy and the sauce was not even there. If this is known as a good Italian restaurant then I must not be 100% Italian. I used to own restaurants, know how to make pizza and know how to make everything from scratch and owned three pizza shops and one large restaurant by my standards. I would go in there and throw everything out on the menu and start over. Sorry for the harsh review, but this is not the answer to an Italian restaurant that this area so badly needs. Never again"
