Excellent presentation with plenty of ginger and green mustard (wasabi) and daikon that I love with sashimi. Also got miso perfect flavor not weak or too strong like other places. Added sushi rice too. Ordered a tamago and a tobilko sushi both lacked any wasabi but it was provided on the side with pickled ginger. I prefer it on my sushi. Excellent presentation and provided with chopsticks, soy sauce, and napkins. I'll order from them again soon!"

This is the best sushi I've had in the area (Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasant Hill, & Lafayette). I moved to CoCo county from Alameda County and have been struggling for a year trying to find great quality sushi.
This sushi (I ordered three rolls) was delicious. The sushi rice was perfectly cooked/seasoned AND had the right ratio to fish. There was no attempt to cut costs by creating giant, fat rolls that are thick with rice.
The fish was fresh, tasted delicious, and had no smell - the container only smelled like ginger. I loved it all.
