"Inconsistent is the keyword. I ordered the Balanced Macros Bowl and Chips & Queso Blanco last week and again today. Last week's order was perfect. It was the right amount of food, good quality, and seasoned. Today the quantity was the same but the ingredients were different. Way too much red pepper and romaine. There was no flavor and the temperature was barely warm. The queso was only half-full, cold, and had a powdery consistency. $6.05 for chips and half-full Chips & Queso Blanco container is criminal. 2 stars bc last week's order was perfect. Just wish I got the same thing every time."
