After all that, my food came out late, room temperature, and clearly not freshly made. The bagel dog was embarrassingly skimpy, the bagels were not toasted, there was barely any honey butter, and everything tasted off compared with how this place used to be.
This was my second bad experience in a row with the same order, after previously being told through a locked door that they were sold out and to “take it up with DoorDash” even though I’d already been charged. Between both visits I’m out around $80, the iced coffee was basically just ice with a little coffee, and every corner that could be cut was. After coming here since childhood, it hurts to say it, but I will not be returning"
