The food was served incorrectly, the portions were extremely small for the price, and definitely not the quality I’m used to from Chipotle. Even the kids’ meal was wrong, they put the meat inside the tortilla instead of serving it in the tray like they’ve always done. Of course, it’s much easier to hide an extra-paid meat portion when it’s stuffed inside the tortilla.
On top of that, they sent me an empty cup with no drink, which is unacceptable.
The extra tortillas I ordered also had a strange taste and a rubbery texture. I truly believe the issue is this specific store, because this is not the standard Chipotle quality I’ve experienced elsewhere.

"Chicken noodle soup did not have any chicken or vegetables. The noodles were not the same type that's usually used. The taste was very bland and the soup looked like it was from an old batch. More liquid than anything else. Horrible!!
