I also ordered a jalapeño cheddar bagel and a French toast, both with cream cheese. These were not bagels. They were thin, dense, no hole in the middle. They were essentially doughy rolls. Definitely not light, crisp or crunchy with a springy inside, like a bagel should be. For a place that's supposed to specialize in bagels, they were extremely mid. Please bring back bagel jays! "
