"Shortly after i placed the order i received a phone call from the restaurant. The very sweet woman mentioned they were so sorry but running out of bone-in Chicken wings and said she could give me boneless if that was okay and seemed to be sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience. Feeding a family of 6, of course the boneless wings was fine by us. When the order came there was a box that said on the house which has whatever they had left of the bone-in chicken wings which i thought was so generous of them, plus the order change to boneless wings. The food was very delicious and very large cuts of meat. We had enough for lunch the next day too. I highly recommend for the quality of food, portions, taste, and the excellent guest service! The Butter Garlic Chicken was my personal favorite as well as the Soft Tofu Soup (the photos do not do it justice). Happy family here and will be back soon. So good, that we will be visiting in person next! "

"I consider myself a bit of a tofu bowl connoisseur, as a years-long vegan it's often been the only vegan option available when ordering from restaurants like Seaol Bowl, and this was the worst one that I've had yet.
The tofu was heavily breaded and fried to a crisp, but the breading was bland chalky. The rice to toppings ratio was way skewed towards too much rice. The sweet mashed potatoes topping was literally just a tablespoon of it. The ordering process highly recommended the "Yum Yum" sauce, but it was no where to be found, or perhaps it was soaked entirely up by the heavily breaded tofu.
We only tried Seoul Bowl instead of one of our tried and true favorite restaurants because it advertised a bogo deal, and even then it was still a terrible value. $23 for a bowl of rice, tofu, a tablespoon of potatoes, a scoop of corn and a little bit of "caramelized" onions - That's completely unreasonable! If they charged $10-$12, it might be worth it and might garner repeat customers, but at that price and poor quality, we will not be ordering again."

Orange chicken had no flavor at all & didn't come with a salad as advertised.
Was going to review three stars because it's not the worst I've had & was hot when delivered... until I bit into the egg roll.
It's the largest and overly fried egg roll I've ever received. About three or four chews into my very first bite, I have *no* idea what that flavor was, but it was guh-ross and the inside looked like grey mush. I literally spit it out and threw the rest of the egg rolls away.
My stomach is already felling a little funky, if I get sick..."

"The food was good. I’m glad I got it during happy hour to save some money. We got the Crispy Chicken Wasabi Teriyaki Bowl which was as described and delicious. We also got the Bang Bang Chicken Bowl which was good but instead of actual cucumber which is what is advertised it had pickles. While I do love pickles it made the dish taste more like a deconstructed chicken sandwich rather than a more Asian inspired dish. One thing that is super important to know is if you are picking up be prepared to wait. I ordered from my living room, drove to the restaurant and still waited over 30 minutes. Multiple groups came in while I was sitting waiting for my order. They ordered their food and left before I even received my order. All that said, even with the waiting, I would still get it again. "
