It was seasoned very well, cooked to perfection, and paired really well with the house made Caesar dressing. However, I did not get the smokey Wood-Fired "flavor" that I expect from a wood-fired cook. The dressing is rich which I liked, especially the parmesan cheese inside as I can't get enough cheese. It's a bit on the vinegar-y side, but once the chicken is added, it blends together perfectly."
