I don't think I've ever felt so compelled to finish another dish in my life. Everywhere I have ordered Mapo Tofu from after first trying it in china serves almost like a light brown soup. It isn't at all recognizable to me and I'm truly sad because I love tofu and I love spice. If there is a perfect version of Mapo Tofu LOC has achieved it. That and the house made noodles which are fantastic on their own with a peanut sauce that isn't sweet and weird is the highlight of my food life right now. Thank you guys so much."
