"My first time ordering from here: I'm giving 4 Stars bc there's no halves or it would be 3.5, and for one reason only. The serving size of fries was very generous and they were very good. The meatballs were good, with soft texture which I like. IMHO, they could've been more flavorful and were a little bland but good. The reason why I held back on five stars is because of the lack of gravy that they say they add in. If there was more than a tablespoon of gravy I'd be shocked, it was unfortunately missing from the plate. The little taste I did get of it was good and if there was more poured over the meatballs and the fries it would've gotten a five star rating. I will order again but will probably have to call the restaurant and ask for a side of gravy just in case. And the packaging was a little flimsy for the amount of food and when lifting the bowl, it started to fold in on itself. "
