I usually miss my cheese up in grits then pinch a good size of onion sausage off both side and break it up and put in grits. There's stilbplenty of sauce wrapped in that one piece of bread so it plenty to eat or like I do put it up and have it hours later. Just if you microbe it don't microwave long it'll get tough and hard. That's just my opionn this is the best brunch place I've tried eccept for one other. I like it because you don't have to spend twenty five dollars or more for something delicious. So 5 out of five stars from me. I have a happy tummy. They even added a iced coffee which they didn't have before and it was real good. I tried it with vanilla creamer I believe. Not sure how they made it but I really enjoyed my brunch.
