"I normally order to-go in person but decided to order via their app. I noticed that prices are extremely consistent (no blatant markups) and the quality is always top tier. The only thing I wish stayed consistent was that the fry portion (ordered as an add-on) would be the same. It's seriously a hit or miss whether in person or ordering online. After paying $5 for some fries, it's disappointing to find the container bottom barely covered sometimes, while other times the container (which is pretty big) decently filled with them.
My last order had less fries than a large Mickey D's.
It was literally the same amount of fries on the sandwich. I could've just saved my money.

"The food did not taste great. For a $15 Italian 8" Hoagie, there was barely any meat on it. It also had oil all over the aluminum foil. They forgot my marinara sauce and I felt like I had to wash my hands after taking the food out of the bag, because the box was drenched in grease.
