When I asked to get the waffle fries they actually tried to call me twice to let me know there was a risk of cross contamination and I had asked for none of that. When I missed the calls, they gave me safe home fries with the waffle fries not touching. They made a very nice handwritten note saying what happened. This was incredibly considerate.

The only knock I had was they did not include napkins or plastic ware, if it was an option to select then I missed it, but luckily the hotel had some at the desk.
