"Ordered take out tonight and it was absolutely terrible. The food was like 3 day leftovers warmed up. The grilled shrimp was shriveled and old, and rubbery. It literally shrank so small I couldn’t even tell it was shrimp until I saw the tail. The grilled chicken was old as well. Charging $22 for old leftovers is just so wrong. Call restaurant and spoke to manager who said he would refund order but over week has gone by and nothing. We will never go to Pho Canyon again. What a poor business who would rather serve old food over customers returning back! Stay away!"

"I just want to start with this is crazy in the best way. I got the Cherry Baby Boba in the 32 fl Oz size. Oh my gosh. It comes in like a soup container, I dunno why but that threw me off lol. The drink itself is really good. it doesnt have a crazy strong cherry flavor, but its still really good. I also added rainbow jelly and I was not disappointed, I think it is popping boba, which I wasnt expecting but its still amazing. Then the Sunday Waffle Sundae. Wow. there are two and its really good. I can't say im normally a hug fan of Belgium waffles, but this is really good. And the price is insanely good. The boba, a 32 OUNCE drink was only 8.52. "The 3A. Cha Gio (Egg Rolls) were not very impressive. I wouldn't say bad, but definitely not as good as the ones from pretty much any other Vietnamese restaurant in the area. I wouldn't order them again.
I also ordered the 6. Tai, Nam, Gan pho, and I'd say most of the other reviews are pretty accurate. The broth was the best I've had in Lakewood, but portions were pretty small for such a high price. The tendon was great and cooked perfectly, the rare steak was also really good but small. Worth noting that the flank steak is what's called brisket everywhere else, so no clue what their brisket is like.
Overall, it was just okay."

"Beyond Pho is a true local gem! I’ve tried a handful of dishes here—pho, pad thai, Buddha Feast, hot and sour soup, and the Vietnamese egg rolls—and everything has been consistently delicious. It’s rare to find a place where every dish hits the mark, but this spot delivers.
I’ve both dined in and ordered takeout, and each experience has been great. The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, and the server was friendly and attentive. When ordering for delivery, the food traveled surprisingly well—still fresh, flavorful, and not soggy like you sometimes get elsewhere.
On top of all that, their prices are still refreshingly reasonable, which makes it easy to come back again and again. Beyond Pho has definitely become my new go-to for Asian food, and I really hope they stay in business for a long time."

The 22p Special Combination/dặc Biệt Rare Steak, Brisket, Tendon, Flank & Tripe was missing the flank and only included five tiny, thin slices of brisket, like 7-8 tiny pieces of rare steak and two very small pieces of tendon (see pic). The broth was hands down the blandest pho broth I've ever had. It was more like a plain beef broth with no spices.
The 3H Beef Stew Baguette / Bánh Mì Bò Kho was the only redeeming part of the meal. Very tasty, though still pretty light on the meat.

"The chicken with the ramen was not "crispy" but it was somehow simultaneously overdone and chewy. The Ramen was like someone had seen a picture of Ramen, but didn't know anything else about it and tried to ape the dish: the eggs were pulverized, not jammy (and not soaked in soy & mirin) - definitely not ajitsuke tamago more like an egg that you would chop up in a chef's salad. The broth - arguably the main part of ramen - didn't taste of the umami of pork. Not sure how to describe the flavor but "light and not rich" will do. The Satay was inappropriately flavored with curry and also the consistency of jerky. The crab cheese wonton was not a delicate wrapper, but more like the consistency of a fortune cookie. The chicken egg rolls tasted nice and the salad was ok. The food wasn't packaged well either. The egg rolls, satay, and wontons were each tossed in paper bags that shredded during delivery because of the grease, and only about half the ramen broth fit into the bowl of noodles provided. I was glad the container used for the broth was solid because it was tipped over on its side in the bag and lucky not to be leaking. "
