"The 12' pepperoni pizza was slightly overcooked which made the crust somewhat hard. Everything else was terrific! "Spaghetti noodles werent cooled after cooking so they were very soggy after the reheat. The meat in the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce was chunky like the sausage on pizza. Im mad I spent 7$ on 5 ranches and the cups were very small. The half gallon of tea tastes like the urn hasn't been cleaned in days. The salad and homemade Extra Ranch was delicious as usual tho. Not giving up on the experience tho, l will try this restaurant again, but not the tea for sure!! "

"I ordered the grand red velvet cake for my mother's birthday. Apparently they were out of that cake, but they chose not to tell me. I went and picked it up, they told me nothing, I got in my car to check and discovered I had some sort of confetti cake. The employees left the store and I got out to tell them that my order was wrong, they told me they ran out of the cake I ordered. So instead of canceling my order or telling me at the counter, they chose to not say anything and let me waste $50 on a cake I didn't even order. They told me I could call tomorrow and get a refund, I just contacted DD support to get one. This is what I've been looking for in a soul food restaurant. The food was delivered hot, fresh, SEASONED, and a decent amount.
Got a bit of a few things for us to try. For those who eat pork, the chops is a must have as well as the chicken. Spaghetti, yes. Green beans, yes. Mac and cheese, yes!
This is a place that when you have company from out of town you can take them too. Not many places I consider for that here.

"Hazelnut Milk Tea with a good amount of ice is a really good light alternative to iced coffee! Tofu Pudding with BoBa is prettt good! Pudding is lightly sweetened with a slight savory flavor from the tofu used in it. The brown sugar syrup on it makes it delicious. Only issue was the two times I've ordered I've had to kinda wipe off the stuff in the bag where the syrup was bc either it leaks or is filled and not wiped before putting in bag. First time the tofu pudding and syrup was in a separate bag and made it not so bad, this time had to stick it and drink under water to rinse it off some. Still worth it though! "
