The broth was packaged separately so the noodles didn't soak everything up, all the ingredients looks fresh and taste even better. They were out of the shroom steam buns when I ordered, but there's plenty of food without them. Great portion size, great flavor, super tasty. "First, you truely are missing out of some of the best thai soups available, the togo portions are perfect with the solids and broths in different containers so the veg is crisp and the noodles still have great chew. I would heavily recommend the beef noodle soup due to 12 boil all the good nutrients and collagen (great for skin) is extracted from the bones. If looking for something lighter the seafood soup is a great balance of spice and lemon grass with all the seafood variety.
You can't go wrong with the noodle dishes. I love both the pad sew ew and the pad thai. The pad see ew is sweet with a small kick at the 2 spice level and 3 and 4 are great for when you want a good sweat, get it with a side of noodles or rice and it'll easily make two meals by using the extra starch to temper if bad with heat (glass noodles are my favorite) , or order with tofu and extra egg or 2 for more protein."
