The birria tacos are definitely superior with the corn tortilla while the barbacoa tacos with the flour, as the birria shells get crisped up a bit and that softens that sweet flavour of corn. The salsa had a nice touch of spice, and the consomme was rich and full of flavour - it also paired well with both taco types. The lime wedges were fresh and the chips tasted as expected. The packaging definitely needs some tweaking, however, as the boxes do trap a lot of moisture in them. That moisture affected the quality of the chips and the integrity of the tortillas, but hey, the restaurant does warn us it will get messy. Anyway, delicious food, definitely recommend."
