The Vegetable Lo Mein was also impressive, in the sense that it wasn't nearly as greasy as I've become accustomed to -- it was very light & felt almost "healthy," dare I say! I'm docking 1 star bc the Hot and Sour Soup wasn't nearly as flavorful as I was expecting. Its consistency was good but the flavor.... not so much, which was disappointing."
