I usually get their chicken pesto Pizza, which never disappoints, but was itching for some kind of warm sandwich tonight. So, I took a chance and ordered the Sandwich/Wrap - Italian Melt. It was.. disappointing to say the least. It says it comes with a garlic oil sauce, what I received appeared to be straight oil. The sandwich itself was soggy, I got it in a wrap that was supposed to be toasted and warm, and instead it was just.. like eating a soggy towel with too much arugula and an overpowering bitterness.
