One thing I would is that they mention that their Burrito is not a handheld burrito, as it's covered in melted cheese. It's definitely overkill. Maybe knock the price down a few dollars and save the cheese on top.
I enjoy having some local Mexican restaurants that cook traditional style food, but I fear their prices may be their undoing in the long run.
