I have been ordering coffee and pastries from here several times per week and either the coffee doesn't come (at all) or I order pastries for three and two people get the Honeycomb (which is divine) but the third doesn't get their Croissant.. a little better communication from the store/dasher would be great! Oh, and the Hot Chocolate is amazing!!! Hands down the best I've ever had!! Basically, even with the below par service at times, their products are so far above par that this place is still one of my favorites and I will stick with them.. with hopes and patience for improvement.
