My 28. Rare Beef Pho broth was hot upon arrival, and a couple sips of broth alone confirmed it was just the healing brew I needed. I ordered the extra large portion as I knew I'd want some leftovers and the quantity was perfect. Enough for me to have a portion tonight with a bit more for tomorrows lunch while I'm under the weather. Now for the Papaya Salad (Lao Style) it looks amazing, but the moment I took off the lid it smelled of fermented fish sauce so bad, I took a bite and overwhelmed with fish sauce. Im sad and hoping I can add sugar and somehow fix it because it is not edible. Lastly, the Cream Cheese Wontons look so good but they're just meh, dense cream cheese not a fluffy cream cheese texture. They would be awesome if the filling was fluffy or had green onions or crab.
