"The General Tso's Chicken Dinner was enjoyable and had good flavor overall. I selected the hot and spicy option, but unfortunately, the dish did not have the level of heat I expected. It definitely hit the spot in terms of taste, but since I specifically requested it hot and spicy, it missed the mark in that area. I would love to see the restaurant improve the spice level when customers select that option.
On the positive side, the meal was reasonably priced, and the portion was filling enough for one person. Rice was included and complemented the General Tso’s Chicken nicely. Like a good sauce completing a dish, the rice helped balance the flavors and made the meal feel more complete.
The packaging was also handled well, and I appreciated the extra attention to detail. A fortune cookie, napkins, and a plastic spoon were included, so nothing essential was missing from the order.
Overall, the General Tso’s Chicken Dinner was flavorful, filling, affordable, and a good value for the money. My main recommendation is to improve the heat level when a customer specifically requests hot and spicy. With stronger spice to match the already enjoyable flavor, the dish would be even better. I would gladly order again.

"Not amazing quality but it's open late, not expensive so I don't regret it in the morning. Also gives you like a meal and a half or two meals for the price of one. WE love rice kitchen. 5 stars for being a hero."

"bowl was barely filled, ordered chicken and steak, got a pinch of steak, no chicken. queso was practically solid, rice was very obviously out of its use time, was literally crunchy. found an entire bay leaf in my bowl, and lastly i ordered corn and peco, got a good amount of corn, and for the peco i counted two tomato chunks. extremely disappointing"
"Burrito Bowl was half full, they barely put half a scoop of rice. Skimpy on the meat as well, which I actually don't mind because the brisket was awful, super dry and overcooked. Tortilla on the Side was also stale and dry. Don't recommend ordering from this location. Chipotle in Okemos is usually better!"

"I sure hope the TacoBell crew will see this. Today I decided to get creative and invent the Highrito after I was chillin on my sofa. I wippeout the app, the price of the burrito was a hefty one $15.xx I thought no way Taco Bell will make this. Well... They not only made it, but grilled it and sealed it to perfect and swattled it in wrapping with loving care. Thank you for making my Hoghrito, you made my day. <3"
"I'm not sure what staff was working tonight but EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!! I was not left hungry. After finishing everything. I tried a black bean Nacho Cheese Doritos® Locos Tacos Supreme® for the first time tonight. I got no cheese and no tomato's. Added nacho cheese and pico de gallo and it was perfect. I will get it the same way when I ever want tacos again. They made my Nachos BellGrande® very generously. And all my sauce packets :)"

"Both the ribeye and ribs were burnt. I requested well done for the steak but it was charcoal black and too dry to eat. I even tried cutting it into small size pieces. Still the steak was too burnt. "Solid, good quality, and fairly priced. Buns were soft, patty was standard. Just good quality. Thin fries were good with the chipotle aoili. Is 19$ a lot for a meal ordered (including dashpass/free delivery fee)? Yes. Can you get a meal for way cheaper? Yes. But this is good so it's hard to complain. However I think you would probably also be satisfied with something lower quality but still tasty like McDonalds. But Yee, so the price is fair but still a lot of money that's my biggest issue"
"The Brussel Sprouts were good. They were cooked well so they weren't mushy or under done. There was a good amount of bacon, not a tiny bit as a garnish. The balsamic was also the perfect amount. It's drizzled lightly but not too lightly as to not be able to taste it but not so much that it's over powering. I got it without bleu cheese as I dont like it and the made sure it was correct. The hot dog was also good. They forgot my iced tea but i dont care as the food was good anyway. "

GREAT PORTION SIZE for sure! I domt need a double burger from here!! VERY FILLING!"
"I've ordered from here a few times and the first times were REALLY good. However the past 2 times, ive noticed a decline in the quality of their food. The size of my buger doesn't even fit the bread anymore, the lettuce is wilted as if it cooked with the burger, and multiple items were missing from my order. "Chicken Tikka Masala and Vegetable Makhani were absolutely mind lovingly delicious. super generous portions. Vegetable Samosa also absolutely incredible. And the Garlic Naan ? Absolutely perfect. Some of the best Indian food I have ever eaten. Thank you team! We will be back."
"Unfortunately, this order was disappointing compared with my previous experience. For the Tandoori Chicken/Fish/Shrimp/Paneer ,I selected fish as my protein, but the Tandoori Fish fell well below my expectations. The flavor was underwhelming, it lacked the spiciness I was expecting, and the portion size was too small to make up for those shortcomings. Although the fish tasted fresh, the overall dish simply did not hit the mark.
The Garlic Naan was the strongest part of the meal and tasted very good. The Mango Kulfi was fresh and tasted alright, but it was not particularly memorable. I was also disappointed with its packaging, as the plastic container arrived slightly damaged. Napkins were missing from the order as well, which was another small but noticeable issue.
What made this experience especially disappointing was the difference from my previous order. Last time, the food offered good quality, satisfying flavors, better packaging, and solid value for the money. This time, despite taking roughly the same amount of time to prepare, the overall quality seemed to have declined. The flavor, spice level, portion size, packaging, and attention to detail were simply not at the same standard.
A restaurant experience is like a well-prepared curry—quality, flavor, spice, portion, and presentation all need to work together. If several of those ingredients are missing, the entire experience feels incomplete. Unfortunately, that was the case with this order.
Overall, while everything seemed fresh and the Garlic Naan was enjoyable, I was very disappointed with the meal as a whole. Compared with my previous experience, this order did not provide the same quality or value for the money. I am willing to order again because I know the restaurant can do better based on my previous experience, but I hope there is greater consistency in flavor, spice level, portions, packaging, and overall quality next time."

"The biryani tastes really good. The aroma and kofta balls are super soft and delicious."
"The Schezwan Paneer was enjoyable, especially at the hot spice level, and the portion size was sufficient for one person. The flavor was good overall, though having an option to choose between a dry or gravy version would make the dish more versatile and customizable.
The Madurai Malli Dosa was also well prepared, with a generous potato filling and accompanied by sambar (spiced lentil soup), coconut chutney, and a red chutney. Each element complemented the others nicely, creating a balanced and satisfying experience—much like a well-crafted dish where every ingredient plays its part in harmony. The portion size was again appropriate for one person, and the packaging, particularly for the dosa, was handled very well.
The only drawback is that the pricing is on the higher side; however, the quality and portion sizes do justify the cost. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and found it to be worth the value. With a slightly better balance between spice and flavor across the dishes, the experience could be even more refined."

"The main dish, the Paneer Tikka Dosa , was flavorful and enjoyable overall. However, it was not as hot or spicy as I expected based on my requested spice level. The included sambar and coconut chutney elevated the dosa and added another layer of flavor, making the entire dish even more enjoyable. Although the spice level missed the mark, the dosa was filling enough for one person and offered good value.
The true star of the show, however, was the Chilli Chicken. I selected the hot spice level, and this time the instructions were followed perfectly. The chicken was flavorful and had a satisfying level of heat, while the vegetables, including onions and chilli peppers, created an excellent balance of flavors and textures. Most importantly, the heat did not overpower the flavor, and the flavor did not get lost behind the spice. Like a well-balanced curry, everything worked together rather than competing for attention.
While my spice-level instructions were followed for the Chilli Chicken, they were not fully reflected in the Paneer Tikka Dosa. Improving consistency when following customers’ requested spice levels would make the overall experience even better.
The packaging was also handled well, and everything arrived properly packed. Overall, I was very pleased with both dishes. The food was reasonably priced, good quality, flavorful, and filling. The main area for improvement is creating a more consistent balance between flavor and the requested spice level across different dishes. With that improvement, an already good meal could become an excellent one. I would gladly order again."
"Very happy customer! Everything we ordered came well packaged and hot. Food was fresh and delicious with good portions. I got the Butter Chicken and he got the LAMB PULAO. Decided to be a little adventurous and tried the Gulab Jamun for dessert and we both loved it. Also, if you've never tried a Mango Lassi, you should; it's refreshing and really compliments the spice of the dishes."

"Food was delivered hot and fresh came with a nice serving of rice. Not a lot of chicken in sag; but the spice level was absolutely perfect seasoned well. The naan bread was perfect. The flavor was everything."
"Portions aren't large but the flavor was amazing. It arrived hot and packaged well. The chicken curry is boneless dark and I think a little while meat. Wish there had been more chicken but again Taste was wonderful. Rice was perfectly cooked and the butter nan was perfect for dipping. Didn't order spicy cuz wasn't sure what to expect. I like heat so next time I'll order with some heat. Butter chicken was also classic and tasty. We will be ordering again."

"The food taste amazing. It’s always fresh and cooked to perfection with very generous portions and a great presentation that makes it even more enjoyable.
I do not eat cheese, and my order is made perfect every time. I must mention the personable service is exceptional.
My favorite repetitive orders are the
Deboned Chicken Dinner that is very filling with yellow rice, onions, and peppers on the side, along with a side of hummus, garlic butter, fresh salad and pita bread. My other favorites, are Tabouli and the Felafel Wrap.
I highly recommend if you’re looking for a healthy fresh enjoyable fulfilling food experience. 😋"

"Birria Dinner was A-1 would order again"
"The food was delicious, and prepared really quickly which appreciate. Portions were amazing for the price point. The flavor and tenderness of the meat amazing, especially when topped with the red salsa. However, part of my order was missing. I was under the impression the taco dinner came with rice and beans, which I did not get. If possible it would also be great to add an option to select the American vs. Mexican preparation for the tacos in app in case customers would prefer cilantro and onion over lettuce and tomato."

"The Kung Pao Chicken had a solid, satisfying flavor and a generous portion size that easily lasted me a day or two. While I thoroughly enjoyed the dish, I do feel it could benefit from a more authentic touch—something that captures the bold, complex flavors you’d expect if you were enjoying it in its country of origin. That said, it was still flavorful, filling, and definitely enjoyable.
The standout for me, however, was the BBQ Pork Spare Ribs. They were clearly the signature item on the menu, bursting with flavor in every bite. Tender, well-seasoned, and grilled to perfection, the ribs were like the main course at a well-balanced meal—rich, comforting, and unforgettable. If the Kung Pao Chicken was the appetizer of the experience, the ribs were the entrée that stole the show.
The Chili Paste added an appreciated kick to both dishes, enhancing the overall experience for spice lovers like me. Unfortunately, the Special Sauce, which I was really looking forward to, was missing from the bag—something that slightly took away from the completeness of the meal.
Overall, it was a flavorful experience that felt like indulging in a multi-course dinner where the main dish truly left a lasting impression. Even though the prices leaned toward the higher side, the quality and quantity made it worth the splurge. I’d definitely order again, especially for those amazing ribs.
"
"Extra Orange Chicken ordered, and the box was half full. Less than I would expect in the entre itself.

Very dispointing."

"First time eating here and incredibly disappointed.
1. Chicken Shawarma Wrap was super overcooked chicken and the sauce was squirted into the end of the wrap.
Mediterranean Salad was mostly toppings and had slimy old lettuce- we didn't even eat them!
Go to Choupli instead which has fresh ingredients and is delicious."
"Ordered a shawarma wrap, got a plate. which is cool, but I wouldn't have ordered a side of rice and hummus if I knew I was getting a plate. also, rice was undercooked. I was a little concerned when my driver mentioned that he very rarely gets orders from Tabooli. I think next time I'll save myself some money and go pick up Choupli, much better value and consistency of food quality from them."
