This time for whatever reason the chicken came in a styrofoam cup instead of foil which was fine, but immediately I could tell by opening it and the smell that something was off. It smells and tastes COMPLETELY different than how it always does. Instead of tangy and sweet, it's bitter and the chicken was very rubbery instead of pulls apart like normal. I also usually receive an iceberg lettuce, but instead I received 3 lettuce pieces. The cup of ranch we received was dated 6 days ago and smelled rancid while either the onions or lettuce on the A1 Burger smelled off. Also, the A1 Burger wasn't marinated in A1 sauce, the sauce was added after the burger was made. The 10 Boneless wings had a lot of breading and were overcooked. At least my partner got plenty of fried pickles with their so-so burger, but there were too many and they weren't cooked well (a lot of the pickles were stuck together, so they didn't get cooked/fried.
