To test them out, we got a family Signature Chicken + Tenders Family Meal (fried chicken, tenderloins, biscuits, fried potatoes) and added beans and rice, plus a Chicken Sandwich. Delivery was great - even a bit early. The fried chicken was great - moist meat, fully cooked but juicy, excellent crispy coating. The beans and rice were also superb- flavorful, just enough spice, generous with the beans. I wish I could Stop There. But.... the "tenders" (of which technically there were the right number - six) were tiny (each would fit on a tablespoon) ,completely dry, and could not have been "made fresh". No way I will try those again. And the "biscuits" had probably been made hours before (along with the tenders?) - dry, crumbly, impossible to cut, and feeling/looking deep fried. Maybe brushed with melted honey butter? Left in a waiting drawer until I ordered? Possibly useful as hockey pucks? Oh, and only 4 of the intended 6 arrived - but that's ok, as we wouldn't have eaten more.
The chicken in the sandwich was good, but the bun did not survive its trip to us - toaster oven helped a bit. The fries were while warm and crispy, but they have an odd taste when they cool off. And reheating has not restored their original glory
So - order the friend chicken. And the beans and rice. Skip the rest. "

"This place is awesome! I decided to try them out after one of my favorite carts got rid of their vegan options and they managed to turn my frown upside down. I got the TOFU KATSU SANDWICH and the cut of tofu was super thick and dense, and the texture was on point. The breading was seasoned perfectly, and it was nice and crispy. The CUCUMBER SALAD was so good!! The gochujang was deliciously spicy and there was so much umami flavor. Highly recommend BBANG!"
