The soup was still fairly hot when picked up, but you may want to warm up in the microwave if you want the meat more well done since it does come uncooked. The portions are generous, I was able to eat it twice! Had all the sides with Sriracha sauce, hoisin sauce, lime, basil, green onions, jalepeno, and bean sprouts. Also requested extra hoisin and they didn't charge. Utensils aren't provided, so if you need, you may have to ask. Taste is amazing, too! "The 3A. Cha Gio (Egg Rolls) were not very impressive. I wouldn't say bad, but definitely not as good as the ones from pretty much any other Vietnamese restaurant in the area. I wouldn't order them again.
I also ordered the 6. Tai, Nam, Gan pho, and I'd say most of the other reviews are pretty accurate. The broth was the best I've had in Lakewood, but portions were pretty small for such a high price. The tendon was great and cooked perfectly, the rare steak was also really good but small. Worth noting that the flank steak is what's called brisket everywhere else, so no clue what their brisket is like.
Overall, it was just okay."

I'm just super shocked with the lack of food and the fact that they put brown mast bloody old meat on the noodles. Never ever again. In order pho almost daily and this is going on the do not order list. Even if I did eat it I'd need 2 orders to make a single serving from any other pho restaurant. Save your money."

It literally shrank so small I couldn’t even tell it was shrimp until I saw the tail. The grilled chicken was old as well. Charging $22 for old leftovers is just so wrong. Call restaurant and spoke to manager who said he would refund order but over week has gone by and nothing. We will never go to Pho Canyon again. What a poor business who would rather serve old food over customers returning back! Stay away!"
