"White meat chicken" was anything but - some of the chicken was so dark in color that I questioned whether it was a different type of meat, and the texture was gnarly as well. There was no cilantro, which was a bummer because that would have been pretty much the only thing giving the quesadilla any flavor. "This was my 2nd time ordering. Overall, it wasn't amazing for me personally, but there were good parts. The Single Quesabirria is definitely good, and I would recommend that.
Also, the Agua de Horchata (24oz) is REALLY delicious.
My son ordered the Ramen Birria Bowl and enjoyed it and it did look really good when I took it out of the bag.
We also ordered a Mac&Queso Side. It was the smallest portion of mac I've ever seen. It was spicy so it simply wasn't my thing, but I do like the noodles they use.
As for the shrimp Bowl... I apologize, but this was *not* good. I could smell the shrimp immediately, it was very fishy, and had an off putting mushy texture. The queso and rice in the bowl just kind of turn into a mush...Unfortunately, we were not able to eat it and that was disappointing.
Another thing to be aware of because it's not on the menu- If you order the chicken, it is also spicy."
