The other mexican places in Addison seem to specialize in other areas but to my knowledge they seem have lowbudget meat with a lot of nerve and fat and really oily, if ykyk, and the cut isn't right on their Asada and you can also tell that theirs is not over the flame like Asada should be, and at Tacos Don Javi it is! "Colombian's Taste is easily one of my favorite restaurants. I've tried many different options from the menu and enjoyed them all! I have a gluten intolerance, but many of the food is naturally gluten-free, which means I have significantly more options than I do elsewhere.
The packaging is also among the best I've ever seen, especially when I order soups like Ajiaco. The plastic wrap around the containers makes a difference in keeping everything sealed well for travel.
Everything is fresh when delivered, textures are maintained well due to packing, everything tastes incredible, and the food is so filling I usually get more than one meal out of it, which makes the price worth it.
The chicarron is always so well made that I need to order it every time, even when I'm trying to mix things up. I can't recommend this restaurant enough!"
