The oxtails were good as well, but my portion had more fat than the meat itself which was kinda disappointing. Overall, I'd rate this Yam Fufu W/Egusi + Oxtail a 7/10.
Lastly, as soon as I saw they had Soursop juice I had to buy it because that is one of my favorite flavors when it comes to drinks and I love how the juice isn't too watered down, 8/10. I was excited to order the Couscous Royal, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. It’s definitely better to eat this dish at the restaurant because, as shown in the picture, everything came together in one plastic container. Any true couscous fan knows that the broth should be separated so you can control the amount you want.
To make matters worse, the portion of vegetables was disappointingly small. One of the key elements of a good Couscous Royal is the generous variety of vegetables, but that was lacking here. "Absolutely stoked on the prawn and pork in this dish! The taro leaves were chopped more roughly than other versions of laing I've had but it was so delicious that i didn't mind that textural variation! "Everything I ate was delicious. Most of the gravy spilled into the bag in transit, but that's on DD for assigning such juicy food to a bike dasher (bless his heart).
