"I was initially dissapointed by the sweet potatoes bc they were really cold and mushy by the time they arrived but they paired well with the sauce once I heated them up. "I used to work at the 4th St store in Santa Monica and this is not the standard I was taught when making an olo. The line on the paper bowl is meant to be where you fill the greens towards not all the toppings. Also I remember we had paper lids just like the bowl but now it's a plastic lid that caves in so you can limit how much you actually put into the salad. Kinda sucks when you pay 16 dollars for a salad and it's not filled to how much it could be."

I paid for a large bowl and added extra ingredients, but what I received was mostly rice. There is far too much rice compared to everything else.
I also added an extra sauce, but it wasn’t included at all.
There are barely any crab shreds, very little corn, and very few shrimp, even though I specifically selected two portions of shrimp. The fish portions also seem very unbalanced—there is a lot of tuna, but very little salmon.
Overall, the bowl is mostly rice with much smaller portions of the ingredients I paid for. I’ve attached a photo showing the issue.
Because the order did not match what I paid for, I’d like to request a full refund for this bowl. Thank you."
