It was quite bland, a little cinnamon flavor but not tres leches. Also ciabatta doesn't seem to work well for French toast, because the toast was dry internally, hadn't absorbed the egg mixture. Lastly I'm being nitpicky but the strawberries were cut into wedges but still have the leaves on.
