Big Mamma Special decades back and either I had a less educated palette back then or they've cheapest out on it. With the cheesey eggs, I remember more actual cheese than what tastes like the same sauce they probably use on Mac and Cheese and one that other soul food restaurants here do better. The biscuit, however, was nice and fluffy, not the hockey puck so many places try to pass off.
