Every single bite was packed with flavor and seasoning. Nothing tasted bland or like it was missing something—the flavors were bold, well-balanced, and just WORKED together. The potato itself was cooked perfectly for me: creamy and soft, but still had just enough firmness to give it some texture. It wasn’t overly mashed or mushy at all.
The pickled onions were such a good addition, and whatever pepper I got on there (I believe it was a bell pepper) added the perfect little extra something. The chicken was delicious, but let me tell you… THE BIRRIA!!! 😩🔥 That was easily my favorite part. The birria was so flavorful and tender, and I already know that’s going to be my go-to protein whenever I order again.
My only regret is not getting more corn! 😂 Next time I’m definitely adding extra because that combination was SO good.

The 16oz menudo was big on flavor but light on the granos which, depending on your preference, is good."

Paid $9 for chips and salsa and guacamole and got a huge bag of what seemed to be unsalted chips with a tiny container of salsa (which was horrible) and another of guacamole (which needed lime, jalapeno and salt). There was 1 -2 tablespoons of salsa and guacamole. Total rip off. I also ordered a side of Guacamole and got a little larger container of it, but there was an avocado pit in it so I got less. Food was not great and prices are high for the serving size. Extremely disappointed and feel cheated out of my money."
