When the food is prepared with respect, it shows. I don’t understand some other reviews - our portions were generous, and for an average price we had plenty of leftovers. The samosa chaat street food blew our minds there was so much goodness going on, the variety in texture, temperature, taste was all there - and I was delighted to find a paneer biryani - something most Indian restaurants don’t bother to offer. I’m a traditionalist - I’m always happy to find whole cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, plums and tamarind in my biryanis. Even the side dish of jasmine rice is tasty. Big con: most expensive item on the menu, the Sea & Sea & Sand Signature Murg Mussallam absolute disaster: sauce broken, chicken overcooked to the point of being dry dispite sitting in broken sauce. Just a big whiff. Might have been rescued with a standard rice serving but unfortunately this place has chosen the single cheapest item as the place to economize on their most expensive item: less than a cup of rice was provided, far less than any other place in the area.
