2. Poke Spicy Tuna (raw): Tuna was super fresh and did not taste fishy at all. the way the crispy onion blended with the tuna and the texture of the rice was amazing. the creaminess from the avocado was just the cherry on top that wrapped everything up.
3. Surimi Salad (Imitation Crab): It was different than what I expected but in an amazing way. The cucumber was so fresh and cut to the perfect thickness. The surimi part was slightly spicy but super creamy at the same time. after a few drops of lime everything wrapped up nicely.
Overall this is one of the freshest sushi I have had in a while and the portions are amazing for the price.

However, the macros and calories listed on dordash are NOT accurate. Angel Hair Steak Stir-Fry - via DoorDash on 4/1/25 said it had 400 calories and over 30g of Protein (P) maybe it was 33? And on the package once I received it, it's only 25g of protein.
The Fit Griddle - Turkey Sausage has 25g of Protein also, and 320 calories and youllIsee DD has it listed differently. If you're trying to order and strictly track what you're eating, iwould just call beforehand. I did call as well and the associate mentioned DD has not been updated and im disappointed because I found this place and was super excited to meet my goals, just to find out I would have made different choices if I had known the truth abt their nutrition facts . "I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Piporro Taqueria Jalisco, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a local restaurant. This place is a true gem in the community—authentic, generous, and clearly run with pride and passion.
Right from the start, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The meal came with two incredible salsas: a vibrant green salsa and a bold, flavorful red salsa. Both tasted unbelievably fresh, perfectly balanced, and clearly homemade. The added lime on the side was the perfect finishing touch to brighten the flavors and elevate the whole experience.
But the highlight of my order was the baked potato—and it was absolutely perfect. Loaded with melted cheese, smooth cream, and delicious bacon bits, every bite was rich, warm, and deeply satisfying. The portion was generous, the presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were on point from start to finish. This is the kind of food you can tell is made with care and real love for cooking.
Piporro Taqueria Jalisco offers everything I appreciate in a true mom-and-pop restaurant: outstanding flavor, excellent portions, quality ingredients, and genuine heart behind every dish. It’s rare today to find a place that feels this authentic and welcoming, but this restaurant delivers all of that and more.
