The au jus was probably the best I've ever had, great balance of flavor (not too salty like most) that complimented the sandwich, added a different dimension of flavor and texture, and didnt overpower it. Only possible thing I could critique is that the potato salad is a bit "busy", there's a lot going on with it and you also don't get much of it. However, it's very delicious (and unique!) regardless, just perhaps a bit overly complex.
