"Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with how far the quality of this place has fallen.
The last two times I’ve ordered for pickup, I’ve received what can only be described as an embarrassing amount of chicken. I’m not exaggerating when I say there were literally two slices of chicken in my meal. Two. For the prices being charged, that’s unacceptable.
The avocado has also been consistently bad. It doesn’t taste fresh at all. It has a rubbery texture, like it’s been sitting around far too long before being served. The freshness and overall food quality have declined tremendously compared to what this place used to be.
On top of that, the service has become increasingly frustrating. During one visit, I stood waiting for about eight minutes for my pickup order while staff completely ignored me. It wasn’t even close to rush hour. Eventually, a bartender had to come over and help me get my food. That should never happen.
Maybe it’s just my experience, but I’ve also felt like I’m treated differently than other customers. The staff often come across as rude and dismissive, which only makes the disappointing food even harder to overlook.
This used to be a place that treated people with respect and consistently served great food. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. The decline in both quality and service has been impossible to ignore. It’s disappointing to see what was once a favorite spot fall this far.

I started this meal annoyed because DoorDash took an extremely long time to assign a driver and deliver my order. By the time the food arrived, I was convinced it was going to be cold and disappointing.
I was completely wrong.
I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, and banana pudding. The chicken was fried perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely delicious. The fries were seasoned and came with ranch, and the comeback sauce was so good I found myself dipping everything in it. Even after the delivery delay, the food held up surprisingly well.
The banana pudding was fresh, cold, and the perfect dessert to finish the meal.
This was my first time ordering from Birdcode, and despite the delivery frustration, the quality of the food completely won me over. I’ll definitely be back to try the chicken sandwich next.
If this is the standard they’re setting as a new restaurant, they’re off to a great start."
